Global Trade and Receivables Finance comprises over 4,500 people across more than 60 countries, helping suppliers and buyers with their export and import finance needs. Trade is where HSBC began in 1865, when we financed commerce between Europe, North Americaand Asia. We are currently seeking a self-motivated and highly organised individual to join this team in the role of New Client Coordinator.

In this role, you will:

- Coordinate the initial activities required for new clients by talking with all parties to establish requirements to set up customer accounts
- Set up IFA screens for clients and for each sales ledger required
- Collaborate efficiently with colleagues to ensure administration tasks are completed correctly including use of reports to monitor own portfolio and daily activity
- Implement compliance with Group Compliance Policy

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role you should have:

- Good planning and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and multi-task
- An aptitude to reconcile and balance ledgers
- An ability to deliver excellent customer service while proactively seeking innovative ways to improve this service
- The experience and foresight to anticipate and solve potential problems or delays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

This is a hybrid role where the base location is Worthing. The successful applicant will be expected to attend Worthing Offices at least one day a week so it is advisable that they live no more than one hour away from this location.
