**THE ROLE**

Reporting into the Online Concessions Manager and working very closely with the Online Concessions Co-ordinator your focus will be the day to day running, trading, and planning of your area to meet planned sales targets and Concessions KPIS. You will be working within the merchandising teams and very closely with our concession partners across the UK and Europe. It is essential you build excellent working relationships across the business and reach our planned growth and sales targets. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Working with our concession partners to communicate all trading and promotional opportunities to maximise trade, in line with, and additional to, our solus channels.
- Managing the flow of product data and imagery on a day to day basis, and troubleshoot where required.
- Working with the marketing team to arrange coverage on concession partners.
- Supporting with daily and weekly reporting to highlight trade and stock opportunities and risks, taking into account cover across all size ranges, and planned promotional and sale activity.

**MORE DETAIL**

PLANNING
- Responsible for sending product data to concessions in the required format, and ensuring data is accurate. This includes:

- Responsibility for maintaining product data datasheets, and gathering correct information from other parts of the business where necessary e.g attributes, dimensions and compositions.
- Ensuring product data and imagery is submitted to the concession ahead of product allocation.
- Ability to troubleshoot product imagery and data issues, and working with an aggregating partner to correct data errors.
- The key KPI is speed to market from the point the stock hits down at the associated concession partner.
- Responsible for working with the concession partner to optimise the on-site product journey, including:

- Ensuring all products assigned to all relevant categories on concession websites and visible in the sort order.
- Ensuring all products are available on concession sites in a timely manner.
- Exploring opportunities to push products into online edits by nominating relevant products.

TRADING
- Agree plan of action with Online Concessions manager to ensure all trading opportunities are maximised and any risks highlighted and mitigated.
- Review and communicate actions for best / worst sellers and category opportunity weekly trade reports.
- Analysis and Reporting
- Assist in completing weekly and daily reporting to highlight stock opportunities and risks, taking into account cover across all size ranges, and planned promotional and sale activity
- Collate and distribute daily and weekly reporting as directed
- Carry out ad-hoc analysis to identify risks and opportunities to review how our brand sits with competitors and present how this affects trade. This includes product ranges, prices, discounts, product display and width of offer
- Learn and develop ways to report web analytics (Power BI) and trends.

OTHER
- Develop productive internal and external relationships to drive understanding of web behaviours and differences, but also integrate it as a key channel in the business.
- Work with the logistics team to ensure our product is in the right place at the right time, and that we are meeting customer and concession expectations in our delivery.
- Develop industry and best practice knowledge of multi-channel trading.
