Working for a leading TV production & distribution company this is a great position for a highly organised & outgoing individual who has previous experience of Sales, Marketing or Production within the Television industry. This interesting and varied role will report into the Head of Distribution and will be responsible for the administrative side of UK & International TV format sales.

**Responsibilities of the role include**:

- Track deals from start to finish, ensuring contractual fulfilment and track deliverables
- Provide administrative support in the delivery of images, metadata and other supporting paperwork required for the completion of deals
- Raise sales orders to ensure correct invoicing and update the sales forecast
- Provide market research support to include territory & programme buyer research and buyer profiling
- Update & maintain programme screening reports and prepare programme availability lists
- Manage the travel & accommodation requirements for the sales teams
- Respond to clip licensing requests and coordinate usage approval, fees and issue of clip licence agreement
- Assist with the management of all existing streaming content partnerships, and the start-up of new ones
- Compile and up-date the release schedule lists
- Previous experience as a Sales or Marketing Co-ordinator, or as a Production Coordinator, ideally gained within TV, Media or similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build excellent working relationships and influence others when required
- Highly organised, great attention to detail, ability to prioritise
- Flexible working approach and great team player
- Strong IT skills including Excel & Powerpoint, able to show proven ability of pulling together presentations and reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
