**Ad Operations Executive**

Due to new and exciting product development and growth we are looking for a brilliant Ad Operations Executive to join our Citywire Enable team. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will work with them and the rest of the team to coordinate and deliver our clients’ digital advertising campaigns.

Your day-to-day role will include managing all aspects of the campaign process for multiple clients at a time so you will need to be highly-organised and have great attention to detail. You will also be expected to maintain client relationships so the confidence to advise and work closely with them is key.

**Main Responsibilities**:
As our Ad Operations Executive, you’ll have the following responsibilities:

- Implementing our clients’ digital advertising campaigns using an ad delivery platform.
- Produce native advertising using our bespoke content management systems.
- Build online and newsletter reports for client campaigns.
- Maintain and update the team’s scheduling system to ensure client campaigns are delivered on time.
- To work closely with external and internal teams to deliver the best results for our clients.

**Job specific skills / technical skills / requirements**
- Relevant experience in a similar position or proven transferable skills.
- Some knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Familiar with web analytics platforms and advert delivery platforms.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Excellent communication skills both client facing and with colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management.
- Experience using Teads, MOAT, DevTools is preferable but not required.
