**Main Responsibilities**
- Small electrical repairs
- Painting/decorating of properties when required
- Plumbing and drainage repairs
- General repairs and maintenance duties on a reactive basis
- Fitting fire-doors and thumb locks
- Laying carpet tiles/flooring/ replacing ceiling tiles
- Assisting contractors with in-house projects
- Replacement of door furniture/basic locks and other joinery work
- Completing regular checks at individual properties to see if everything is in order
- Moving tenants into properties
- Other associated duties as and when required
- Compile reports of job done including written and media components

**Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years experience with a proven track record in dealing with repairs or general building work, experience of assessing repairs/minor adaptations, estimating/quoting on potential works, ordering/purchasing of materials and have excellent customer facing skills.

Fluency in English is essential

Drivers Licence is essential.

**Offer**

Employment: 3 days/week

**Salary**: £1,200 a month
