Hereco Maintenance Ltd are a Nationwide facilities maintenance company which caters for both Commercial and Private customers.

We now have an opening to recruit an Maintenance Handyman/Woman, ideally with a general all round experiences and capable of working at a number of sites predominantly both locally and within a 2 hour drive from your base.

The work will entail regular monthly visits to supported living accommodation either on a half day handyman visit (2 per day) or a full day handyman visit to work through a predetermined list of handyman jobs.

Good interpersonal skills and be able to deal with minor issues quickly and effectively.

This is a varied role and the range of duties include:

- Building repairs
- Plumbing / electrical works (toilet repairs / replace light fittings / sockets)
- Basic joinery repairs
- Groundwork (Paving repairs, Fence repairs etc)
- General maintenance/handyman work

**Skills and experience you will need**
- Flexibility to work
- Customer orientated approach
- Experience in dealing with maintenance issues
- Good interpersonal/communication skills
- Driving licence essential

A DBS check will be carried out.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
