We are currently recruiting for a leading conveyancing law firm based in Bristol who now require an experienced conveyancing legal secretary to join their team.

Ideally, you must have at least 3 years legal secretarial experience in residential conveyancing and be able to assist the team with all administrative duties associated with both sale and purchase transactions.

Daily Duties will include;
Give quotes to prospective clients
Make appointment for clients to come in with their ID and completed forms and carry out ID checks for clients.
assist fee earners in gathering all the relevant documents e.g. mortgage offer, searches, contract packs.
prepare sales and pruchase files for completion
have a good level of communication and administrative skills
