**What you can expect to be doing**:
Coproduction and engagement needs to be at the heart of what we do. As a result, we have increased resource within this area with the addition of an ‘Engagement Officer’ who will help drive forward a coproduction and engagement programme across the organisation supporting the development of a culture that engages with communities, partners and staff when designing services, strategy or policy.

**About you**:
We are looking for colleagues who are highly motivated and enthusiastic in their approach to supporting and coordinating coproduction activity. You will need strong verbal skills with the confidence to liaise and coordinate with colleagues from across all areas of the business and with our partners.

You should have excellent organisational and planning skills and able to collaborate and build good working relationships. Experience in project management, community engagement, partnership development, or related roles may be beneficial in this role.
