As a Compliance Officer, you'll play a vital role in providing assurance to our Managing Director and Board of Trustees.

Your main responsibility will be supporting auditing, compliance, and health and safety efforts. Can you ensure our customer relationships are maintained?

Can you protect our staff, customers, and our company's reputation?

Attention to detail and commitment to excellence are key.

This role is an opportunity to design, develop, and implement quality monitoring and regulatory controls. You will be responsible for shaping our compliance practices, ensuring adherence to CQC, Health & Safety, and Local Authority requirements. This will be accomplished by involving the people we support, listening to their ideas and input, and actively engaging them in decision-making processes.

At Encompass Care, collaboration and engagement are crucial. Can you co-produce our strategy and approach to quality monitoring, working closely with internal stakeholders? Can you support learning and development programs and leverage technology to improve reporting efficiency?

Your ability to build strong relationships will be crucial. You will collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, including the Managing Director, Operations Director, HR Manager, and various teams within Encompass Care.
