**Joiner - Fire Door Installation**

**Glasgow/North Lanarkshire**

**£ Negotiable DOE**

The Recruitment Bunker are recruiting exclusively for a time served Joiner(s) with **Fire Door Installation** knowledge and experience, to work on a long-term contract in the North Glasgow area. The role will primarily involve working in voids & occupied houses within the Social Housing Sector.

**Overview of the Role**:

- Joiner
- Salary negotiable DOE
- Holidays: 30 days. 1 additional per year of service, maximum of 5. Buy additional 5
- Pension

- Location - Glasgow/North Lanarkshire

**Responsibilities**
- General joinery work
- Ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered too
- Fire door installations and inspections of joinery work completed
- Efficiently manage materials, equipment, tools optimising resources for maximum productivity
- Ability to read drawings and set out work and complete as per designs
- Work to specified timeframes
- Supervise and motivate a team.

**Essential Skills**
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience of working as an as an experienced Joiner, demonstrating craftsmanship within Social Housing sector
- Qualified to SVQ level 3 or above
- Certified Fire door inspector
- Knowledge of current Health and Safety regulations
- Supervisory experience
- Kitchen and bathroom fitting experience
- Asbestos awareness
- 1st and 2nd fix joinery experience
- Clean driving licence and willingness to travel
- Clear disclosure Scotland check
- CSCS card.
