As an **Evening Doorman**, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Welcome residents and guests warmly, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour at all times.
- Assist with luggage, packages, and other items as needed, ensuring residents feel supported and valued.
- Monitor the entrance and enforce security protocols to maintain the safety of the building and its occupants.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter unauthorized access and address any security concerns promptly.
- Ensure timely and safe transportation for residents to various destinations, demonstrating defensive driving techniques and courteous behaviour on the road.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the entrance area, contributing to a pleasant living environment for residents and visitors.
- Collaborate with property management and other staff members to address resident inquiries, maintenance issues, and other concerns efficiently.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance, adhering to grooming standards and presenting a polished image to residents and guests.

The **Evening Doorman** we are looking for:

- Must have clean driving licence.
- Minimum age 25 (due to insurance requirements).
- Must have experience of driving high performance vehicles.
- Previous experience in a 5 star hotel preferred.
- Available for Evening Shifts **07:00PM - 03:30AM (Weekends)**:

- Be self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Have good eye for detail and accuracy.
- Establish relationships and good communication with other hotel departments.
- Be able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment.
