**The Role**

The CRS will primarily be focused on our customer facing brand SMC Coach Hire, playing an integral role in helping SMC achieves its mission of being the industry’s leading brokerage, providing customers throughout the UK with a quality service and reliable transport solutions. Always working in alignment with our values of quality customer service, trust, simplicity and positive action, the CRS will assist the Client Relations Manager with the monitoring and development of the team and be responsible for managing all aspects of customer aftercare.

We are looking for somebody with a minimum of 1-year supervisory experience within a customer-service role. While complaint-handling experience is desirable, we’re willing to invest in the right person. Experience using review sites such as Trust Pilot is also desirable.

We are looking for someone who is not afraid of hard work, is enthusiastic about providing quality customer service, enjoys working with and leading others.
