**Job Title**: Team Leader Children's Support

**Location**: Reading

**Salary**: up to £30,000 per annum

Recruit Social are looking to hire hard-working Team Leaders to join our clients Children's Home based in Reading.

This is a full time, permanent position

**Main duties**:

- To assist the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to in achieve the aims and objectives of the Statement of Purpose and uphold the organisation’s Mission Statement and Values.
- To support and manage the staff team to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people.
- To undertake direct work with children and young people as appropriate.
- To ensure each shift is planned and resources allocated.
- To work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people.
- To offer supervision and support to staff in line with National Minimum Standards and as directed by the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager.

**Team Leader position requirements**:

- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare-Equivalent Children & Young peoples workforce
- 1-2 years of working within a Residential Ofsted environment
- Preferred
- Drivers licence
- Right to work in the UK

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
