We are partnered with a growing organisation who operate within the Financial Services sector, based in Altrincham.

As part of the Collections Team, you will be working with customers whose accounts have fallen into arrears. To manage inbound and outbound customer calls and to help them get back to their contractual arrangements or to find a repayment option that fitstheir needs to help them to get back on track.

A prerequisite for the role is a positive mindset to deal with difficult customer circumstances as well as resilience and the motivation to drive for excellence.

Required skills -- Excellent communication skills
- Experience within a collections environment
- Assertive and confident with telecommunications
- Outstanding negotiation and influencing skills
- Results and target driven
- Ability to handle and diffuse challenging calls
- Empathising with people in difficult situations
