Workshop Co Ordinator

**About the role**

This is a full time, temporary position for 6 months on a Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.

**Key responsibilities**

In this role you will co-ordinate the workshop activity to ensure outputs are met, delivering customer excellence at all times.

We can be required to meet tight turnaround times, you will need to demonstrate a calm and efficient approach to the daily workloads ensuring you are working to meet our service levels for our customers.

As Workshop Co-ordinator you will be responsible for rotating the hire fleet stock, ensuring spares are stored and managed correctly.. You will follow up quotations and secure new orders and deal with customer enquiries in a timely manner.

**What we're looking for**
- Basic knowledge of how to repair and maintain small tools products is desirable but not essential
- Proven customer service experience
- Experience of working in a diverse team
- Valid driving licence
- Be confident in communicating difficult messages to people of all levels
