**Sales Advisor (Monday to Friday)**

Are you a strong Sales Advisor, that's highly motivated to succeed? Do you enjoy working with prestigious products in a high-end market? We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate salesperson to join our Sales team located at our Head Office in Wellington.

**Sales Advisor responsibilities**:

- Liaise with clients in all areas of sales, engaging with potential buyers when they enter the store, providing product and brand information, assisting with design and planning, explaining pricing and current offers, providing follow up information and handling subsequent queries.
- Offer advice to customers, either in-store or by telephone. Acting as a personal account handler, and briefing colleagues on relevant client information when absent.
- Deal with customer complaints, carrying out relevant investigations, maintaining contact throughout complaints process, escalating when necessary. Feeding back areas for improvement.
- Handle customer refunds and ensuring the product arrives back to the warehouse, before informing the Finance Dept that the refund can be processed.
- Always acting courteously to every customer or potential customer, and ensuring their needs are addressed and followed up.

**Sales Advisor Qualities**

**Essential**
- A love for sales
- Self-motivated, driven, with a positive can-do attitude
- PC Literate

**Preferable**
- Previous sales experience within the bathroom industry

**Hours**:08.30 - 17.00 Mon - Thur 08.30 - 15.30 Fri

**Days**:Monday to Friday
