Evolve is recruiting for a Blue-chip healthcare organisation who has anew opportunity for an experienced and hardworking Quality Manager to join their QA team based at their site in Oxfordshire. This position will be responsible for ensuring patients safetyand product quality whilst supporting continuous improvement and growth of our client’s Pharmaceutical division.

This is a full-time permanent position and is a fantastic opportunity to develop a long-term career in an interesting and stimulating environment.

**Ideal Requirement**
- You will be a qualified Quality Assurance Manager, ideally in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- QA backgrounds in Medical Devices or food manufacturing environments will be considered.
- Experience in sterile production is essential.
- Management experience is ideal (can be at supervisory or senior level)
- Good understanding of quality systems and product control/CAPA/QMS/non-conformance.
- Ideally located within an hour of Oxford.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement the site Quality Plan to achieve Quality Objectives
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team within the unit.
- Ensures appropriate risk identification and management processes are implemented in the unit.
- Responsible for implementation and management of the Pharmaceutical Quality System within the unit.
- Ensures that the unit is compliant with the Manufacturing licence, MHRA and EU GMP requirements (with particular reference to the manufacture and supply of 'Specials’), customer requirements.
- Be named as Quality Controller on the Manufacturing (MS) Licence
- Be responsible for management of product release processes, ensuring product meets specification and customer order/ prescription and is released according to schedule.
