About the role of Business Administrator

As a Training Centre Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our learning and training department with the training centre's efficient and effective operation. You will work closely with our administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and accurate record-keeping. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business administration while contributing to the growth and success of our L&D department and technical training centre.

Responsibilities of a Business Administrator
- Coordinate schedules and manage calendars for training sessions,
- Liaise with trainers, clients, and staff for seamless operation,
- Maintain and update training records and databases,
- Handle enquiries and provide information about training programs,
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative systems,
- Manage inventory of training materials and resources,
- Oversee financial tasks such as invoicing, budget tracking and taking payments,
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote training programs,
- Ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations.

What good looks like for a Business Administrator

- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational or training environment,
- Strong organisational and time management skills,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities,
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and database management,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
- Detail-oriented and efficient in handling multiple tasks.
