Apprenticeships Co-ordinator

**Role overview**
To work closely with the Apprenticeships Manager, to provide effective administration and organisation of the AssistKD apprenticeship programme. To assist in the delivery of excellent customer service to apprentices and their employers helping to answer queries and provide support in a timely manner.
**Specific tasks**
- Providing guidance to apprentices on the apprenticeship programme and learning activities.
- Co-ordinating and planning of apprenticeship programmes/courses.
- Tracking and documenting apprentice progress, examination results, and checking reports.
- Supporting with apprentice enrolment and onboarding. Gathering and checking apprentice background information e.g. qualifications and learning support needs.
- Co-ordinating apprentice assessment activities e.g. supporting submission for end-point assessment, arranging interviews and notification of grades.
- Co-ordinating apprentice exit activities e.g. exit interviews and data deletion.
- Completing data entry on the government DAS and ILR systems and crown commercial service, on a monthly basis, in order to secure the apprenticeship scheme funding.
- Liaising with apprentices and their employers.
- Providing support to the Apprenticeships Manager, mentors, and apprentices as required.

A levels or equivalent is desirable for the role.
Pay: £22,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
