- Saturday & Sunday

**Shift Patterns**: 8am-4pm

**About Walton Manor**:
Step into the welcoming world of Walton Manor A serene and luxurious haven for elderly care nestled in Walton, Wakefield. Our home, designed for peace and comfort, accommodates up to 47 residents. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of those we care for, supported by exceptional staff in a beautifully maintained setting. Walton Manor, a Grade II listed manor house, is surrounded by mature gardens and offers a library and hairdressing salon, stunning gardens and a large sunroom/conservatory, community-focused lounges and dining areas

**About the role**:
As a care home administrator, you'll be part of a dedicated team providing quality customer service - this pivotal role involves:

- Administration support and maintaining records
- Maintaining records and keeping them up to date
- Supporting the home management with a full range of admin activities to assist in the smooth running of the home
- Welcome and assist visitors, residents, and employees with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional admin service in person and over the phone, addressing queries or directing them to the appropriate person.

**About you**:
In order to be considered as a Care Home administrator with us, you will need:

- To embody our values of teamwork, care, integrity, and respect.
- Have good communication skills.
- A minimum of 12 months experience within an admin role
- Strong IT and organisation Skills
