**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent.

Expected hours: 40 hours per week.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Administrator to join our team. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Management in overseeing the daily operations of our Home.

**Duties**:

- Recruitment and ensuring compliance of staff files.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations.
- Work with and enhance current systems and processes designed to ensure high standards of care
- Oversee the hiring, training, and evaluation of staff members
- Monitor and manage budgets and financial performance
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Completing pay roll, tracking annual leave, sickness and absence.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by residents or their families
- Obtaining feedback from Residents, Relatives and visiting professionals to enhance the service we provide.
- arranging and managing training sessions for employees.
- healthcare administration or a related field experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse team of healthcare professional
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
