JOB TITLE: SEN Teaching Assistant

**Job Type**: Full-Time & Part-time

**Salary**: £83.50 - £100 Per day

**Hours**: 8:30-3:30

**Ideal Applicants**:

- Passionate about the continuing learning and development of young people
- Have experience working in education or with young people either in a work or personal capacity
- Be a proactive person willing to get involved and dedicate yourself to excelling within your role
- Driving License and vehicle is preferred but not essential
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Experience with SEN/Care
- Strong and Effective communication skills

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the educational and social development of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Support the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons
- Provide one-to-one support to students with SEN
- Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Look after the safety and well-being of students

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
- Teaching Assistant/Education based Qualification preferred but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
