**Team Leader - Cineworld Crawley**

Cineworld Crawley is the busiest location in Cineworld's portfolio, located at Crawley Leisure Park, boasting 15 Screens that include several propositions in the shape of IMAX, 4DX & ScreenX with a Starbucks Store on the first level. The Leadership Team consists of a General Manager, Deputy General Manager, 4 Cinema Managers and a Starbucks Store Manager, with 6 Team Leaders and 3 Starbucks Supervisors. In role, you would be responsible for a team of 80 Team Members.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading Team Members and your cinema's front of house operations. You will form part of the Cinema Leadership Team by acting as the first point of escalation for customer interactions, and assume the responsibility of a Duty Manager when required, which includes key-holding.

Weekly working hours are contracted at 39 per week, and are expected to be worked across a mixture of morning, afternoon and evening shifts Monday-Sunday.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
- Food Handling and Stock Control
- Use of Technology (e.g. IT Systems, Till Operations, Telephones)
- Cleaning
- Increasing Sales
- Maintaining Standards
- Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People
- Addressing and Resolving Complaints
- Induction and Training of Team Members
- Coaching Team Members
- Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
