As an early-stage start-up, Forseven's business model is still under wraps - but the business has declared its ambition to streamline the way premium, dynamically-engaging vehicles are made, and offer them via an ecosystem that captures the imagination. The business is UK based has its sights set on the global automotive industry and has assembled a leadership team to do just that.

**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing Quality, this role will lead the introduction of New Models into our Manufacturing partner from a Quality perspective, from planning phase to the mass production phase to ensure a successful delivery of the Quality Deliverables. You will be operating in a cross functional environment, working alongside the Project Management Office, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics departments.

**What you'll do**:

- Plan and propose the overall Manufacturing Quality targets for the new model and align them with other stakeholder functions.
- Liaise with the Manufacturing partner to implement the necessary Quality processes and activities to support the successful introduction of new models.
- Ensure the necessary Quality Standards are compiled and available to our Manufacturing partner to support Manufacturing Quality activities and evaluations.
- Prepare, organise, and drive the Manufacturing Quality plans and activities with our Manufacturing partner and business stakeholders to achieve the Quality milestones.
- Represent the Manufacturing Quality function in Project meetings and reviews.
- Act as first escalation point for Quality issues from our Manufacturing partner and ensure they are channelled to the correct function for resolution.
- Develop new Manufacturing Quality processes from scratch in a start up environment to support programme delivery milestones.

**Who you are**:

- Prior experience in vehicle launches, and a good understanding of Manufacturing Quality requirements in a vehicle launch.
- Relevant Experience with Quality management systems including fault management systems.
- Experience with system design and process mapping.
- Good understanding of problem-solving techniques and quality tools.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- ‘Can-do' attitude and always focused on achieving great results.
- A positive influence on those around you with a passion for creating an inclusive work environment and fostering a culture of collaboration.
- Able to travel frequently.
