Here at **Advanced Supply Chain,** we are looking for a **Client Relationship Manager**to join the team at our Eismann Way site in **Corby**. You will join us on a **full time, permanent**basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£35,000 - £45,000 per annum,**plus a generous benefits package

As our **Client Relationship Manager**, you will be site-based and you will be working towards providing everyday support as well as being a point of escalation to all internal and external stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to workalongside some of the most well-known online retailers within the fashion and home sector. You will have 7 direct reports into yourself across various levels, from administration support and account management who will all be supporting you in continuing togrow our key relationships between ourselves and our client team and find solutions to problems that occur.

You will be welcomed into an enthusiastic, client-orientated team who have a solid understanding of our key client’s needs and requirements. You will bring your own innovative ideas and approaches to the team and wider business to help them become more agilein their daily tasks. This will be an interesting opportunity to be able to work with a variety of interesting clients and projects, which will give you great experience and exposure.

**Responsibilities of ourClient Relationship Manager will include**:

- Developing an understanding of all our client’s businesses using a variety of different sources
- Continuing to develop and maintain long term strategic relationships with all our clients and continue to build rapport
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key client’s needs and requirements
- Serving as the key link of communication between key clients needs and their requirements
- Continuing to make sure the correct products and services are delivered to clients within a timely manner
- Creating and preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
- Expanding on current relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objective needs and requirements
- Developing a strong relationship with the operational team to ensure the operational requirements of the client are being met

**Skills and experience required to become ourClient Relationship Manager**:

- A confident individual who can identify and take the lead on new opportunities
- Previous experience within account management preferably within a 3PL environment
- Experience within multi-client operations
- Experience of continuous improvement of client’s services
- A proven ability to manage key stakeholders accounts and deliver on successfully growing accounts
- A proven team player who can lead a team successfully and bring people together to deliver excellent results
