**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Use a structured change methodology to deliver business change, training and adoption activities that ensure people have the skills and understanding necessary to confidently use new solutions
- Liaise with project managers and analysts to understand new solution deliveries, the likely challenges and the technical and process changes that need to be adopted.
- Complete impact analysis on proposed changes and liaise with project teams to optimise their rollout plans.
- Create and execute business change, communication and training plans
- Coach and educate stakeholders, people managers and supervisors on how to help teams through transition.
- Educate, train and enthuse people affected by IT change, including through eLearning, in person sessions and workshops, to prepare them for transition.
- Anticipate, identify and manage persistent resistance.
- Measure, report on and share adoption levels and productivity, including any associated gaps and opportunities to improve solutions.
- Maximise employee adoption and use of IT solutions to ensure benefits are maximised.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Knowledge of, qualifications in, or willingness to work to attain similar in, how people go through change and change management methodologies (eg Prosci / ADKAR)
- Excellent verbal and written communication with friendly, confident, and uplifting manner
- Stakeholder Management with ability to influence people at all levels
- Resilient and tenacious
- Problem solver, able to understand and overcome issues affecting adoption.
- Organisation and planning including attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new solutions, issues, platforms
- Experience with hands on delivery of business change and training in a medium sized operational business
