UK Health Enterprises and its trading brands, Emcare and Stewart First Aid Training, are committed to providing the very best services to our customers. We are looking to recruit an individual to join our clinic operations team to help us deliver this.
- Undertake duties at reception including administration, maintenance of client databases and records as well as greeting visitors. This will involve use of computerised clinic management system to: Maintain appointments diaries, produce correspondence, referral letters, accounts and reconcile petty cash float and take payments from clients.
- Be responsible for arranging all appointments and respond to all general inquiries in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.

Essential Skills:

- Passionate about representing the business in a client facing role.
- You will be a highly organised individual with an ability to manage your own work load and work autonomously
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
