**What Awaits You**:
As a Virtual Receptionist (Telephone Answering Agent) based in our Ipswich office, you will be the voice of our exceptional Telephone Answering Service team. Your mission: to provide impeccable customer service for our valued clients. But that's not all; you'll also play a pivotal role in ensuring the confidentiality and timeliness of mail handling, a task of utmost importance in adhering to GDPR regulations.

**Your Main Duties**:

- Telephone Answering: You will master the art of telephone etiquette, leaving a lasting impression on every caller.
- Mail Sorting and Handling: You'll be handling our clients' mail, ensuring it's sorted, scanned, and sent with the utmost care.
