**Full Time, Permanent**

**Package**: £28,000 to £30,000 per annum + annual company bonus

**Working**: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

**Location**:Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire RG41 5TS

This Accounts Receivable Clerk will provide support across the UK based Advantage Smollan Group companies.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Raising invoices (sales)
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Assisting with managing the accounts mailbox and phone line
- Month end activities to assist the management accounts team, i.e. journal creation and input
- Customer debt collection
- Creation of project codes

**You will have**:

- Sales ledger experience
- Credit control experience
- Strong Excel skills (use of pivot tables, v-look ups, etc.)
- The ability to adapt style of communication where necessary
- Strong timekeeping and task prioritizing skills
- Experience in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
