Breakdown Controller

Ravenscroft are one of the leading independent roadside assistance providers in the UK, working for all the major motoring organisations and Hampshire Police.

Due to business expansion, we have a vacancy for a Controller to join our busy 24 hour control room based at Fleet Services on the M3.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment you could be just the person to join our friendly team. This is an important role where you will be planning the workload of our roadside operatives and liaising with our customers and motoring organisations. You will need to have excellent customer service skills and be organised and flexible. Previous experience in a customer service role and an interest in the motor trade would be an advantage.

The role is shift based with a 4 on 4 off pattern covering both weekdays, weekends and holiday cover. The shifts are 12 hours and nights which are 6pm-6am.
