In addition to baking, your role will also involve various other tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our tearoom:
1. Cleaning: Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and preparation areas is essential. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, following proper food safety protocols.

2. Paperwork: As part of our operational procedures, you will be required to complete necessary paperwork, such as recording production and inventory information, ensuring accurate documentation of baking activities.

3. Stock Rotation: Proper stock management is crucial to maintaining the freshness of our ingredients. You will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, rotating stock, and ensuring that ingredients are used within their designated shelf life.

As a team member, you will be expected to work collaboratively with your colleagues and contribute to a positive and supportive working environment. This includes assisting with other tasks as needed, supporting your team members, and communicating effectively to ensure smooth teamwork.
