Develop, implement and manage a robust programme of clinical coding training in line with Data Security and Protection Standards (DSPS) including creation and review of all SOPs and plans relating to training within the team. Line management responsibility for clinical coders, including appraisals, 1-2-1s, timesheets. Undertake training sessions as requested by the Head of Clinical Coding. Successfully enrolled and completed the Terminology and Classifications Delivery Service (TCDS) Clinical Coding Trainer Programme (CCTP).

As a Terminology and Classifications Service Approved Trainer, ensure all Clinical Coding specialist training is compliant with the framework outlined in Data Security and Protection Standards (DSPS).
