To provide first line response to Ishida Aftersales customer’s, proactive Engineer deployment, processing of customer orders, invoices and enquiries. Manage and process all LN service processes and service documentation.
Primary Responsibilities
- UK Service department coordination including operational processes
- Incoming customer call handling and job handling.
- Manage core equipment Installation / Commissioning.
- Liaise with Service Contracts to ensure terms are met.
- Provide administrative support for Technical Helpdesk, Team Leaders and Managers.
- Ensuring Customer Complaints compliance and adherence to process.
- Maintain customer and machine records in LN Service modules.
- Service activity scheduling and field Service engineer deployment including best use of the system and engineer utilisation.
- Prioritisation of service calls and service issues including setting priorities according to process or SLA.
- Process all work reports, engineer hours and invoicing within agreed time limits.
- Provide professional quotations to customers as requested.
- Work with Credit Control to resolve invoice disputes.
- Liaise between other departments, for example Technical helpdesk, Spares, Installation planning, Sales etc.
- Participate in the promotion of the Ishida brand at all opportunities to industry and within professional circles

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent administration skills and be IT literate, experience with ERP systems, have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, good communication skills and be able to work well in a team, flexible and adaptable approach, excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, good financial aptitude, and good level of written English.
