We’re looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic sales associate to join the shop floor team in our Shoreditch outdoor store.

You'll give our customers an amazing experience by being friendly and welcoming, offering your expert product advice, and providing excellent aftercare.

Our love for nature means we want to protect it, so we stock long-lasting products that are responsibly sourced, and made from eco or recycled materials whenever possible. Many of our brands offer repair services to extend the lifetime of the products, and we do minor repairs and jacket re-waxing in-store.

Other important aspects of the role are keeping the store clean, tidy, and well-merchandised, replenishing sales, unpacking deliveries, and sending out online orders.

We are a small team, so there are opportunities to get involved with the more creative side of the business if you would like to - such as social media content, and in-store displays.

- Have a knowledge of, and passion for our brands

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Providing a positive experience for everyone who comes into the store
- Advising customers on our products and aftercare
- Keeping the store clean, tidy and well merchandised
- Unpacking deliveries
- Packing online orders
- We are a small team so there are also opportunities to get involved in the creative side of the business, such as creating in-store displays and social media posts

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-32 per week

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
