I am recruiting a Digital Transformation Development lead for an established IT service provider, The role of Digital Transformation Practice Development Lead will range from preparing pre-sales materials, analysis of potential clients, creation of practicedevelopment strategy, attendance of various networking events, engaging with clients for data analytics project and communication between potential client and project delivery team for implementation.

This organisation is a One Stop IT Service Provider and a proven strategic business partner to corporations operating in EMEA/CIS providing various IT Solutions.

They have been operating in the UK for over 30 years and are looking to expand there current client base.

**SCOPE OF JOB**
- Creation of practice development strategy
- Preparation of pre-sales materials
- Analysis of potential clients
- Attendance of various networking events
- General pre-sales activity
- Actively engaging with clients for data analytics project
- Communication between potential client and project delivery team for implementation.
- Raise presence of this company in data analytics market
- Reporting practice development activity to senior management

**EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/PERSONAL QUALITIES**
Essential
- Be an expert in IT consulting in area of DX, digital platforms, engineering, data management, and/or data science
- Proven records of successful new customer acquisition and excellent communication with potential clients for future business opportunities o Strong relationship with existing customer network for data (AI) analytics opportunities.
- Understanding of general DX solutions, especially in the areas of digital platforms, data management, data analytics, and intelligent automation.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills with ability to convey DX matters to all levels of the business and communicate clearly with team members and clients. Experience in public speaking of such topics.
- Demonstrable aptitude for analysing problems, ideally using formal processes
- Interest in new technology, willing to broaden knowledge of the wider tech industry.

Desirable
- Relevant BSc/MSC/PhD degree (Computer Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, MBA etc)
- Consulting industry background
- Experience in mobility solutions, and/or smart utilities (renewable energy, heat, water), Industry 4.0, IoT, AGV, and/or industrial robotics.
- Business planning and/or management consulting experience
- Additional language skills are a plus
