Vision for Education is looking to appoint a SEN Teaching Assistant to join our successful team working in local secondary schools in Braintree and surrounding areas. This position will start in September and will be ongoing, with both full time and part time roles available.

**About the role**:
The desired SEN Teaching Assistant will demonstrate excellent communication skills, engagement with pupils and will gain extensive experience working alongside excellent practitioners who put children at the heart of everything they do.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will be working with a variety of secondary schools in Braintree and the surrounding areas who are focused on supporting students to reach their full potential. These schools have high expectations of both students and staff alike and offer supportive and welcoming teams will excellent facilities to provide students with full access to learning.

Vision for Education are seeking passionate TA’s looking to make a positive impact on pupils with a variety of needs.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant you will:

- Have a desire to support young people with special educational needs and disabilities
- Have an Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Be reliable in both attendance and punctuality
- Understand the needs of students with learning difficulties
- Have a caring, positive and flexible attitude

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
