We have an exciting opportunity to be part of a motivated, energetic team driving a European retail business forwards. The role is a brand-new position created to support the department with the exciting growth plans ahead. This position will drive their dataanalysis and reporting forwards to deliver insights that they can then act upon to deliver further growth & efficiencies. The role will be integral in helping to deliver their digital strategy over the coming years.

**Key duties are**:

- Become a Subject Matter Expert of our various data sources
- Compile weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports across markets that succinctly highlight the key findings, trends and opportunities
- Work collaboratively with agencies to analyse reports and provide additional data insight to help further optimise activity
- Complete ad-hoc analysis to prove or disprove trading hypotheses that will help them to understand their customers better and ultimately help us to drive trading efficiencies e.g returns rate analysis, sales analysis, etc.
- Support projects by providing analysis for the initial business case, setting up reports to track results and delivering data to enable decision making throughout the process
- Assist the Head of Department with compiling data to inform sales & overheads forecasts

The role is hybrid based with 50% of the time at needed in the office, which due to its rural location would in most scenarios require you to drive. If this sounds of interest do please send us your CV through and we can contact you to set u a conversationif you have the required experience.
