**Job role**:
To deliver consumer marketing activity to promote London to international and domestic consumer audiences. You will help and support the team to develop and execute best-in-class, data-led marketing activity, working closely with stakeholders, global brands,commercial partners, and government bodies to maximise our impact and inspire our audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the delivery of innovative, best-in-class consumer marketing campaigns from inception through to final campaign evaluation
- Understand key audience insights so they can be applied to consumer campaign activity, helping to build London's global brand and inspiring them to choose London
- Support and work with the Content & Channels team to integrate London & Partners' owned channels into all appropriate consumer marketing
- Support with creative and media agency deliverables, to ensure the creative fulfilment of all consumer campaign activity
- Support the team across marketing partnerships activity including relationship management, communications, securing campaign access, relevant permissions and adhoc requests
- Coordinate and report on consumer marketing activity for our partners, clients and stakeholders, across all channels
- Ensure cross team liaison and integration of consumer marketing activities with the wider organisation as appropriate
- Support and deliver on new consumer marketing opportunities
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Any other reasonable duties as allocated by the line manager

**Must haves**:

- Committed to continuous learning and evolving with industry best practice
- Experience working in an agile marketing environment and as part of project teams
- Experience working with internal delivery teams and external creative, media and research agencies
- Experience working with stakeholders
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Experience in destination marketing, travel and tourism desired but not essential
