Job Title: Commercial Maintenance Plumber

Location: Cumbria (Mobile)

Shift: 07.30am-4.30pm, Monday-Friday

**Salary**: £32000-£35000 dependent on experience

Weekly pay (Fridays)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance works in commercial buildings
- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Conducting inspections and tests to identify any potential issues
- Maintaining accurate records of work carried out
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Liaising with clients and other trades as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Time-served plumber with relevant qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar commercial maintenance role
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
