- Answering phonecalls
- Service History
- Guest list
- Pre calls
- Loan car handovers checking fuel & cleanliness adding to washboard & refuel
- VHC follow up
- Owning customer waiting areas upstairs & downstairs - hosting
- Provide an easy and enjoyable client (customer) experience (internal and external), each and every time.
- Champion and maintain a culture of client service excellence; ensuring that the expectations and requirements of the departments clients are delivered upon.
- Ensure business practices are in place that make your area an easy one to do business with.
- Coordinate effectively as part of the Front of House Team and wider business network
- Recognise your role in integrating effectively with the departments within you centre and wider business network
- Ensure you respect direction and guidance provided through your reporting line.
- Effectively nurture relationships with your team.
