Our client, an excelling company with management of regular commercial freight logistics, specialising in providing comprehensive services for the movement of high
- niche market products are looking to recruit a **Billing Co-ordinator**to be based in their head office within the **Heathrow Area.**

**On Offer**:

- Salary of £23,000 - £27,000 dependant on experience

**Main Purpose of the Role**:
The Billing Co-ordinator will be responsible for the accurate invoicing of Sea Freight as well as approving supplier invoices and dealing with customer queries and disputes.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Making sure invoices are done in a timely and accurate manner.
- Working very closely with the Sea Perishable team to estimate the charges to bill the customer
- Answering customer queries and explaining all the cost associated with the shipment
- Responsible to close the month on 10th of every month and ensure all relevant shipments have been invoiced
- Approving supplier invoices and liaising with accounts for weekly payments
- Disputing and resolving wrong invoices issued by suppliersand hauliers
- Ensure that any losses, low margins are explained in the notes

**To Be Considered**:

- Previous experience in the freight forwarding industry is desirable
- Previous experience in preparing invoices is essential
- Experience with Cargo Wise system would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload and multi-task effectively
