Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client and recruiting for a **Compliance Support Administrator (HYBRID)** for a privately owned, innovative, market-leading organisation They provide a portfolio of document-related services to a broad customer base across the UK The location of the office is **Wellington, Somerset. Circa £31,608.**

The hours are 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday, with a 1 hour lunch break. This role offers a hybrid working model with a Monday and Friday working from home. Tuesday Wednesday, Thursday you will be based in the office. The annual starting salary is **Circa £31,608.**

As part of the Compliance Team, you will be a key member of the team that is responsible for delivering contractual and commercial activities to support the growth of the business; driving internal control and governance improvements through standardisation, ensuring the company maintains compliance with all rules and regulations applicable to the success and growth of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working with teams throughout the business developing and implementing company standards and controls, and then monitoring and reporting on compliance against them. This will incorporate a variety of areas including but not limited to Risk Management, Process development, Data Security and Carbon reporting.
- Supporting regulatory, external accreditation and 3rd Party compliance for a number of topic areas including Data Security, Insurance, supplier and customer Contracts/Terms & Conditions/DPAs/NDAs/etc, and ISO accreditations. You will need to review paperwork, maintain records, challenge business assumptions and plans, and then report/submit outcomes as appropriate.
- Liaising with multiple departments on multiple work streams will allow you to identify trends, risks, improvements, and opportunities, and then communicate this information out to the business, including companywide where appropriate.
- Assist the Compliance & Commercial Support Manager in all tasks under their remit where reasonably requested.

- Strong commercial awareness including being comfortable reading and interpreting legal documents
- Be accurate and have a keen eye for detail, with excellent organisational skills
- Have a clear and confident communication style, both written and verbal and be comfortable communicating at all levels
- Follow structured written procedures
- Be flexible and greet change positively
- Always manage confidential information sensitively
- Self-motivated with the ability to successfully work independently or as part of a group
- Have experience working with MS Office products, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
