We are now looking for a new Inclusion Lead to join our senior leadership team and become a part of the Templenewsam Halton family.

**We are looking for someone who will**:

- determine the strategic development of special educational needs (SEND) policy and provision in the school.
- be responsible for day-to-day operation of the SEND policy and co-ordination of specific provision to support specific pupils with SEND.
- provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff, parents, and other agencies.
- will be expected to fulfil the responsibilities of a teacher, as set out in the STPCD.
- be a part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
- be responsible for the support and welfare of Children Looked After (CLA) and Pupil Premium (PP)
