This is an exciting opportunity to join the Cardiff North Cluster Team delivering a range of health and social care services to the Cluster population. We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed, customer focused, individual to join a full-time position.

You will be based in the Cluster Care Hub where your role will be to provide a comprehensive administrative and clerical service providing excellent service to both staff and patients.

We are looking for professional, patient focused and hardworking individual, with a genuine passion for speaking to patients, eager to learn and keen to deliver in both performance and customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a person with interpersonal and organisational skills to work as part of Cardiff North Cluster team.

We are looking for a reliable person who must be able to work on their own initiative to support a team. You will be highly organised, proactive, professional and an excellent communicator and be an integral part of the team to provide a high standard of service to colleagues and patients.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

**Main duties include**:

- Answering telephones and assisting callers
- Minute taking
- Creating, circulating meeting agenda’s & schedules
- Manage & action daily discharge advice letters list
- Create clinics
- Contacting patients via telephone for wellbeing calls
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure documents
- Complete adhoc admin duties within The Hub
- May be required to work across cluster sites

This post will require you to work as part of a team and will require you to have strong IT skills and be confident in undertaking a range of computer-based activities.
