Hello, we are a family-run Home & Lifestyle Destination store established in 1997.

Since covid, we have been working hard to transform our beautiful mill store into a unique, modern day family shopping destination.

We manage our website and marketing in-house, and are currently looking for a marketing expert to cover maternity leave on a part-time basis. Ideally, 14-21 hours per week - weekday work.

**About the role**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated and experienced digital marketing expert to broaden their career by working with a Home & Lifestyle destination store.

You will be involved in all our multi-channel campaigns. You will create, run and monitor digital campaigns to engage and promote our brands, store and products. We also expect you to support the development of the e-commerce websites and liaise with the in-store team to manage customer enquiries we receive on social media and the website. In summary, this role will be involved with all aspects of the digital transformation of the company.

**Who will you be working with**

You will work independently liaising with one of the Directors, and collaborating with the in store Sales Teams.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
**Marketing**
- Implement our digital marketing strategy
- Plan, design and run our digital marketing campaigns with high-level direction
- Manage paid social ad campaigns and report on campaign performance to continually improve
- Manage ‘Customer review’ platforms (google, trust pilot, trip advisor etc)

Targets
- Share micro content daily on social media
- Weekly / bi-weekly mailshots
- Run monthly campaigns
- Increase our social media following with local followers
- Communicate with our audience, reply to all comments and messages

**Website**
- Ensure websites are up-to-date with our marketing plans
- Maintain an up-to-date product portfolio
- Manage customer enquiries
- Process and manage customer orders and liaise with suppliers if necessary
- Follow-up with customers for reviews

Targets
- Increase number of ecommerce sales
- Increase google and facebook positive reviews

**Skills & Behaviours**
- Maintain a professional and favourable public image of the company
- Intermediate to advanced in adobe indesign, photoshop, or illustrator
- Confident photographer
- Confident and talented creative writer
- Able to create basic animation or gifs (nice-to-have)
- Experienced using Google analytics
- Experienced using woocommerce/divi/wordpress
- Strong background in PPC, SEO and paid social campaigns
- Self-motivated and ambitious
