Gap Personnel (acting as an employment business) are currently recruiting for x4 Line Leaders for our client in Kingswinford DY6.

We are looking for experienced Line Leaders to join our client with an immediate Start

Previous experience in Line Leading/Food Production would be desirable.

Shifts:
Rotational Monday to Friday 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm

Pay: £11.14

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Maintaining a safe work environment by ensuring employees follow safety regulations and procedures
- Ensuring that production goals are met by monitoring equipment performance and employee output
- Supervising a team of workers to ensure they are performing their duties efficiently
- Ensuring that all materials are available for production through inventory management of raw materials and finished goods
- Training new employees on company policies and procedures for safety, quality control, and productivity
- Coordinating with engineering staff to ensure that production equipment is operating efficiently and effectively
- Contributing to process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions
- Managing employee performance and addressing issues such as absenteeism or employee injuries
- Monitoring inventory levels and adjusting production schedules to meet demand
