Overview:MET Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Team Leaders for a large distribution company based in Kingswinford. This company is the UK market leading for distribution working with high quality brands.Duties:Overviewing a team on the food production lineWorking at a fast paceAssisting on the production, packing light products.Delegating tasking and targets to production line workersEnsuring Relevant safety paperwork is filled out.The ideal candidate needs:Have people leadership skills.Experience from a production / packaging or assembly environment.Good Communication skillsHave Food logistic experience would be needed.A team playerHours:Monday – Friday6am - 2pm/ 2pm - 10pm rotating on a weekly basis OR 10pm - 6am, Fixed ShiftFull Time – 37.5 hoursTemp to PermPay:£12.64 per hour £1.50 per hour shift allowance for nights only Overtime opportunities in peak seasons.Benefits:Parking onsiteFree ParkingOnsite canteenCompany closures on bank holidaysAbout MET:Weekly PayEnrolment into a pension scheme after 12 weeks24-hour emergency numberWhat happens after you apply for this role?After you’ve applied, if successful you’ll be contacted in due course by a Consultant at our Dudley office, to discuss your application and CV further, then to get you into our office to register you.
