The Process Control operator is responsible for:
Process Control

Ensuring there are sufficient supplies of cooking consumables.

Preparing syrup and cooking raw materials to meet the requirements of the **Product Specification**.

Cooking raw materials at a rate that meets the usage rate of the process.

Stopping production if any machine is causing the process to be unable to be brought under control.

Quality and Food Safety

Each member of staff is responsible for ensuring they are working in a safe food environment, the process follows a legal and food safe process to produce a product that is suitable for the end user.

Working to prevent a risk to product safety

Performing all work activities in a manner consistent with Quality Policy and Procedures.

Maintaining communication and working in cooperation with other oven and production staff to ensure that the product, when packed, meets all product quality standards.

Ensuring that any potential product contaminant is removed from the production area.

Maintaining the cleanliness of the oven and adjacent areas, and completing cleaning checklists as required.

Recording materials usage.

To ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.73 per hour
