We are currently recruiting for a **Procurement Coordinator/Administrator** on behalf of our clients based in **Smethwick**.

The **Procurement Coordinator or Administrator** will be responsible for the below but not limited to;
- Monitoring progress of all jobs in procurement to ensure they meet the projected end date
- Support the warehouse team with delivery booking in systems
- Ensuring all items of jobs are quality checked
- Ensuring bespoke drawings and supplies are submitted to external contractors and manufacturers in time for production
- Accountability for expenditure relating to projects
- Responsible for ensuring budget documents are accurately maintained and updated

- Ability to work under pressure
- Organisation
- Communication skills
- Computer literate

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5:30pm and 8am - 4pm Friday.

The salary for this role is £19,000 - £19,500 dependent upon experience.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£19,500.00 per year
