The POS Specialist will work on our large commercial public exhibitions and experiences, ranging from family entertainment IP and heritage projects.

1. Co-ordination of new establishments being set _up or additional for additional projects and manage the overall expense of the POS system._
- 2. Set up the full structure for every new project, importantly to include:_
- _Conformity across all projects for product categories_
- _Conformity across the structure and SKU set up for same IP sets_
- _Entering tax categories and rates (as advised by finance), ensuring tax is correctly calculated_
- _Local cost of goods unit prices for each SKU_
- _Time zones correctly set_
- _Receipt set up_
- _SKU images loaded_
- _Correct POS access grated, with restrictions where required, for all approved individual_
- _All end of day processing correctly set up to minimise staff errors_
- 3. Manage all open orders and work with retail managers to resolve._
- 4. Trouble shoot technical issues on site with Revel helpdesk and card provider as required._
- 5. Set up and manage all Revel Employees_
- 6. Raising Revel POs for all deliveries expected and goods receiving once the manager has verified the counts._
- 7. Reconciliation of POS sales to payments - resolving differences_
- 8. Write down any damage or theft inventory._
- 9. Depletion of units sold to marketing or other partners._
- 10. Entering all site revenue not captured through the POS to ensure full record of site revenue._
- 11. Maintaining all headline data sales reports_
- 12. Issuing any third-party weekly revenue reports as required_
- 13. Maintain workbooks for weekly sales trends by SKU and category._
- Requirements:_
- _Proven experience working with commercial POS systems, understanding both the management console backend as well as store front facing functionality. Ideally familiar with Revel-up_
- _A self-starter who can take control of fully understanding Revel, our trading projects and location._
- _High level of accuracy_
- _Understanding of purchasing and inventory management_
- _Ability to multitask across many projects and time zones._
- _Good excel skills._
- _Commercial thinking skills_
- _Good communication skills_
- _Solid understanding of POS systems and ideally Revel_
- _Experience of working within a product buying and selling environment_
- _Strong personality to be able to take the lead and day-to-day control of all POS establishments._
- _Good commercial understanding_
- _Enthusiasm_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
